How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders across India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on most PIN codes. A small advance may be collected online to confirm COD orders, and it is adjusted in your total.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also email support@nexloot.in with your order number.
What if my product arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@nexloot.in with your order number, an unboxing video and photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns because products ship directly from our fulfilment partners. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel before the order is shipped by emailing support@nexloot.in. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled.
