Nexloot is an online store that sells everyday useful products across India. Products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted supplier and logistics partners.

  • We try to show product images, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Colours and small details may vary slightly from the photos.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices, offers or product availability at any time without notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud or misuse (including repeated refusal of COD orders).

5. Payments

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets through secure third-party payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, replacements, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Product use

Please read the product description and instructions before use. Product claims describe typical results and may vary from person to person. Nexloot is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images and design, belongs to Nexloot or its content partners and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexloot's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
