Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders across India.

3. Processing and delivery time

• Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas, public holidays, festivals, strikes, or bad weather can cause delays.
• Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also email support@nexloot.in with your order number for an update.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most PIN codes. A small advance may be collected online for COD orders to confirm the order; this amount is adjusted in your total. Please keep the exact remaining amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery issues

• Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
• If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
• If your package arrives open or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 7 days as described in our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
